Leadership at Straventis
At Straventis Advisory Group, we practice Adaptive Leadership, the kind required to lead in complex, fast-changing, and human environments. We first practice and then help leaders develop awareness of their biases, blind spots, and default reactions, not to eliminate them, but to use that awareness as a strength.
We believe great leadership starts with recognizing the internal patterns that quietly shape decisions and behavior. When leaders learn to surface and reframe these patterns, they move from reactive control to intentional impact—helping others grow, not tearing them down.
Hidden blockers are unexamined beliefs that often show up under pressure—urgency, control, perfectionism, or the need to always be right. Left unchecked, they limit trust, slow teams, and create unnecessary friction.
At Straventis, we help leaders identify these blockers and intentionally reframe them into productive beliefs that enable clarity, resilience, and stronger teams.

Santhosh Thiruchendru
CEO | Founder | Principal Consultant
Santhosh leads Straventis Advisory Group with an operator mindset grounded in self-awareness, adaptability, and accountability. His leadership approach is shaped by years of working in complex, cross-functional, and global environments, where progress depends as much on how people think and collaborate as on technical execution.
At Straventis, Santhosh emphasizes helping leaders recognize their biases, blind spots, and hidden blockers, and transform them into productive beliefs that strengthen decision-making and elevate teams. He believes leadership is not about control or having all the answers, but about creating clarity, trust, and the conditions for others to do their best work and deliver meaningful outcomes.
